Hello, my name is Kathy and I own Ovaleye Web Solutions I write the Sno-Valley.biz blog.  I have been a business owner since 1999.   My first business Main Street Music was a small store in our local town.  I started my own business to stay local when our kids went to high school.  They worked in our store after school.  During this time I met a hard rock band that use to perform in our store and ended up being their manager for 4 years.   When Napster started Main Street Music went online and we competed with the big guys until Walmart bought our wholesale supplier. My husband and I had two servers and lots of experience in building online websites and shopping carts so we opened Ovalye one year later.  After our daughter graduated college she joined our team.  We are a family owned business and I love every minute of it!

I am also passionate about my  community and our clients.  We have lots of clients here in our area so I am able to visit and talk with many of them.  I will blog about them and how the community has helped my business grow.

Our family has always enjoyed boating.  We have owned a boat since our kids were 1 & 3 years old.  We have been to Lake Mead, Lake Powell, Lake Shasta and Lake Roosevelt.  Our boating days are now spent in the San Juans, the prettiest place on earth..  When we are not boating we are riding our BMW motorcycle to as many places as we can.   We will be Grandparents in the summer of 2010 and our son will be graduating college and applying for the Peace Corps.  In my spare time I like to find good gluten/dairy free recipes  to try and make for the family.
